Building Renovation Expo Osaka

Building Renovation Expo Osaka is part of Japan Build Osaka, Japan's leading trade fair for the building and housing industries. Japan Build brings together 11 co-located exhibitions covering smart building technology, home AI/IoT, building materials, housing equipment, renovation technology, construction technology and IT for real estate. The series is held twice a year, in Osaka and in Tokyo.

What the show covers

Building Renovation Expo focuses on renovation building materials, equipment and construction services for buildings and commercial facilities. Exhibits include renovation design and construction services, water supply and drainage pipe repair, drone-based exterior wall inspections, decorative and design building materials, and security robots.

The show targets housing manufacturers, home builders, architectural firms, renovation companies, developers, general contractors, facility owners and building management companies from Japan and overseas. Visitor registration is free when completed in advance through the official Japan Build website.
