The pre-registration and verification for overseas buyers is available year-round. To register or verify, please go to https://buyer.cantonfair.org.cn/register/index
2. Get your badge
You should get your badge Only at Canton Fair Registration Offices. We recommend the following place to get you badge, or you may queue outside the Canton Fair Complex.
a. Registration Office counters at Baiyun International Airport Terminal 2 and 3
b. Registration Offices set up in cooperation with hotels
c. Registration Offices at Pazhou Ferry Termial Guangzhou(from Hong Kong, Macau)
d. Guangzhou South Railway Station Canton Fair Registration Office(from Hong Kong)
e. Registration Offices set up in China Import and Export Fair Complex
f. Registration Offices set up in Canton Fair Hong Kong Representative Office
3. Documents required for the badge
1. The original copy of the foreign passports, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Residents, valid overseas Chinese identity documents (Chinese passports and overseas permanent residence permits/visas), or Chinese passports with valid overseas work visas for more than one year.
2. An electronic or printed receipt of pre-registration.(optional)
