How do I register for the Canton Fair and get a badge?

1. Pre-registration

The pre-registration and verification for overseas buyers is available now. To register or verify, please go to https://www.cantonfair.org.cn/en-US/register/index and click "Overseas Buyer."

Overseas buyers entering the complex are required to hold a buyer badge. Canton Fair overseas buyer's badges are multi-session use. Holders of badges issued in previous sessions can directly enter the complex without reapplication.

Then need to get the buyer badge from the Canton Fair Registration Offices in person. 

 

2. Get your badge at the Registration Offices

Terminal 1 : next to Gate A9 in the Arrival Hall  / Terminal 2:International Arrival Hall Counter and Guangzhou Tourist Information Centre.

4. Registration Offices set up in China Import and Export Fair Complex

Two overseas buyer registration offices are at Area B of the Canton Fair Complex (Exit A/B, Pazhou Station, Guangzhou Metro Line 8).
One overseas buyer registration office is at Area C of the Canton Fair Complex (Exit C, Pazhou Station, Guangzhou Metro Line 8).
One overseas buyer registration office is at Area D of the Canton Fair Complex (Exit A, Xingangdong Station, Guangzhou Metro Line 8).

3. Documents required for the badge

1. The original copy of the valid overseas personal identity documents, namely, foreign passports, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Residents, valid overseas Chinese identity documents (Chinese passports and overseas permanent residence permits/visas), or Chinese passports with valid overseas work visas for more than one year.
