Smart Building Expo is one of eleven co-located shows at JAPAN BUILD Osaka, Japan's leading building and housing week organised by RX Japan. The expo focuses on IoT solutions for buildings, building energy management systems (BEMS), building automation systems (BAS), security robots, energy-efficient air conditioning, and related smart-building technology.

The Osaka edition runs alongside the other Japan Build Osaka shows at INTEX Osaka. Official dates for the next Osaka week are 25–27 August 2027, open 10:00–17:00 daily at INTEX Osaka (1-5-102, Nanko-Kita, Suminoe-ku, Osaka).
