Japan International Seafood & Technology Expo
Japan's largest seafood trade show, held annually at Tokyo Big Sight. The 29th edition is scheduled for 18-20 August 2027 at Tokyo Big Sight East Halls (Halls 4, 5 and 6), 10:00-17:00 (until 16:00 on the final day). The show brings together the whole seafood supply chain, from catch to consumer: fishing, aquaculture, seafood processing, preservation technology, logistics and international seafood marketing.
