FOOD STYLE JAPAN <Tokyo>
FOOD STYLE JAPAN <Tokyo> is Japan's annual business-to-business trade fair serving the foodservice (gaishoku), prepared-food (nakashoku) and retail food sectors, organised by the FOOD STYLE Japan Executive Committee at Innovent Inc. It brings together food manufacturers, restaurant chains, retailers and distributors to present new products and build supply relationships.
Next edition: 12-14 October 2027 at Tokyo Big Sight, Tokyo, Japan. Opening hours 10:00-17:00, closing at 16:00 on the final day.
Background: The show continues the long-running Gaishoku Business Week, which merged with the National Food Delicacies EXPO into FOOD STYLE JAPAN from the 2026 edition. The former gaishokubusiness.jp website is no longer in use and foodstyle.jp is the current official site.
Co-located exhibitions: Ramen Industry Expo in Japan, Food Packaging Materials & Machinery Exhibition, and the Food Logistics & 3PL Exhibition.
