Wine & Spirits China is the dedicated wine and spirits section of the FHC Shanghai Global Food Trade Show, one of China's leading comprehensive food trade exhibitions. The 29th edition runs 10-12 November 2026 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) in Pudong, Shanghai, as confirmed on the official FHC website (fhcchina.com).
FHC brings together more than 3,000 exhibitors across roughly 200,000 sqm of exhibition space, attracting over 180,000 trade visitors from more than 50 countries. The Wine & Spirits section covers imported and domestic wines, spirits, and related beverages, and is co-located with ProWine Shanghai, Informa Markets' dedicated wine and spirits exhibition.
Organizers: Shanghai Restaurants Cuisine Association together with Shanghai Sinoexpo Informa Markets. The event is an annual, trade-only B2B exhibition held in Shanghai each November.
