Promotional EXPO 2026
Promotional EXPO (販促 EXPO) is a specialist exhibition for sales promotion products and services, run as part of Marketing Week (MaS) by RX Japan. The Osaka edition brings together solutions for in-store merchandising, novelties and gifts, digital promotion, campaign operations, SNS-linked programs, and promotion management tools. Marketing teams use the show to compare vendors and plan tactics that connect online and offline purchase journeys.
The 7th Osaka edition is scheduled for 18–20 November 2026 at INTEX Osaka (Halls 1–2). Advance visitor registration is required; the organizer notes free registration through 17 November 2026, after which admission becomes paid. Marketing Week Osaka overall expects on the order of 110 exhibiting companies and about 11,000 visitors across its co-located specialist expos.
Typical exhibitor categories include novelty and OEM gifts, fixtures and POP displays, digital signage, DM fulfillment, and related promotion services. Visitors are primarily marketers, sales-promotion and event staff, advertising specialists, sales planning managers, and business executives seeking practical promotion ideas.
