The Meat & Seafood, Spring Session is an ECRM (Efficient Collaborative Retail Marketing) in-person buyer-seller meeting program for the meat and seafood category, held on April 13, 2027 - April 14, 2027 at the Horseshoe Las Vegas, 3645 Las Vegas Blvd South, Las Vegas, NV 89109, United States. Buyers across all retail and foodservice channels are looking for fresh and frozen meat and seafood products, and meat and seafood alternatives are also reviewed during the session. Buyers and sellers are paired based on categories, capabilities and buyer objectives, with scheduled 10-minute or 20-minute appointments.
