Meat & Seafood Spring Session 2027
The Meat & Seafood Session is ECRM's category-specific event for the protein trade, run twice a year in spring and autumn. Buyers from grocery, club, foodservice and e-commerce meet suppliers through a schedule of pre-booked, timed appointments rather than a conventional exhibition floor, alongside category briefings on pricing, sourcing and supply conditions.
The 2027 spring session runs from 13 to 14 April 2027 at Horseshoe Las Vegas, 3645 South Las Vegas Boulevard, Las Vegas, Nevada.
Participants on the supplier side cover fresh and frozen meat, poultry, seafood and value-added protein products, with buyers representing retail chains, distributors and foodservice operators. Attendance is by registration and approval, with meeting schedules set in advance through the organiser's platform.
