Vakbeurs Openbare Ruimte 2027

Vakbeurs Openbare Ruimte (Public Space Trade Fair) is Belgium’s largest professional event focused on the design, layout, maintenance and management of public and semi-public space. The programme also covers mobility, construction and infrastructure.

The next edition takes place on 20 May 2027 at Brussels Expo, Paleis 3 (Belgiëplein 1, 1020 Brussels). Opening hours are 09:00–16:00.

Who it is for

The fair is aimed at visitors such as public administrations, local authorities, engineering offices, landscape architects, green contractors, architects and building contractors. Exhibitors reach decision-makers across Belgian government levels as well as designers, urban planners and professional advisors.

Sectors on the floor

The exhibition is organised around nine sectors: lighting; green; street furniture; paving; play and recreation; mobility; building and infrastructure; landscape architecture and design; and advice and management. Products and free lectures cover public and semi-public space, mobility, construction and infrastructure.
