The Landlord Investment Show Manchester is the North West edition of the National Landlord Investment Show, the UK's leading landlord and property investment exhibition, run by LIS Media Ltd (founded 2013). The 2026 Manchester edition is the 102nd live show in the series and the show returns to Manchester for its 12th year.
It is built for landlords running property as a business, with exhibitors from across the North West covering legal advice, finance, investment opportunities, insurance, tax, property management, education and mentoring, proptech, furnishings and decor.
2026 edition
- Date: 14 October 2026 - Concorde Conference Centre, The Runway Visitor Park, Sunbank Lane, Altrincham WA15 8XQ (Manchester Airport). This is the show's first year at the Concorde Conference Centre.
- Agenda: 9:00am doors to the exhibition open; 9:10am seminars commence; 3:30pm close
- Programme: 50+ exhibitors, 30+ seminars, panel debates, Renters' Rights Act training and a morning networking event
- Entry is free with registration
- Getting there: from the M56 leave at junction 6 and follow the A538 to Wilmslow, then Sunbank Lane to the Runway Visitor Park gates; Manchester Airport station is under 3 miles away
