The Landlord Investment Show London is the flagship London edition of the National Landlord Investment Show, the UK's leading landlord and property investment exhibition, run by LIS Media Ltd (founded 2013) and closing the 2026 series as the 103rd live show.

It is the largest of the series, with exhibitors from across the whole UK covering legal advice, finance, investment opportunities, insurance, tax, property management, education and mentoring, proptech, furnishings and decor.

2026 edition

• Date: 28 October 2026 - Old Billingsgate, 1 Old Billingsgate Walk, London EC3R 6DX, on the north bank of the River Thames between London Bridge and Tower Bridge
• Agenda: 8:30am doors open to the exhibition hall; 10:15-11:15am Morning Panel Debate Part I (Auditorium); 11:30am expert seminars commence (Auditorium and seminar rooms 1-4); 12:00-13:00pm Morning Panel Debate Part II (Auditorium); 4:00pm drinks reception; 5:00pm show closes
• Programme: 100+ exhibitors, 50+ seminars, panel debates, Renters' Rights Act training and a morning networking event
• The 2026 London show also features the series' first live in-room property auction, combining live bidding at Old Billingsgate with online, telephone and proxy bidding by livestream
• Entry is free with registration
• Travel: Old Billingsgate has no on-site parking (the nearest car park is about 250m away at Tower Hill Corporation of London Car and Coach Park, 50 Lower Thames Street, EC3R 6DT) and sits inside the London congestion charge zone; nearest stations include London Bridge, Cannon Street, Fenchurch Street and Liverpool Street
