Milano Unica – Italian Textile and Apparel Accessories Trade Fair

Milano Unica is Italy's premier B2B trade fair dedicated to textiles and apparel accessories, organized by SITEX S.p.A. and held at Fiera Milano (Rho). The 43rd edition took place July 7–9, 2026, and the next edition is scheduled for February 2–4, 2027.

An international edition, Milano Unica Shanghai, extends the event to Asia. The 43rd edition saw increased international participation and was accompanied by an audiovisual sound narrative by Atacama360 celebrating craftsmanship, people and innovation in the textile and accessories industry.
