SWTest - Semiconductor Wafer Test Conference 2027

The Semiconductor Wafer Test Conference (SWTest) is the only long-running industry event focused on all aspects of microelectronic wafer and die-level testing. The 2027 edition runs Monday, June 7 through Wednesday, June 9 at the Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, California.

The program is a two-and-a-half-day technical conference opening with a Monday keynote, followed by theme-oriented sessions, poster presentations during breaks, and an expo floor. Social activities, informal networking, and an optional Sunday golf tournament complement the presentations from manufacturers and suppliers.

SWTest has been held for more than 35 years and is organized as a probe-technology forum where attendees exchange ideas on recent industry developments. Registration for the 2027 conference is expected to open online in February 2027; the official site publishes program, hotel, and exhibitor information for the Carlsbad meeting.
