Foodservice Australia (rebranded as the Restaurant Foodservice Show) is a three‑day national hospitality expo in Sydney (ICC) scheduled for 25‑27 May 2026. The event clusters four co‑located shows: Commercial Kitchen Show, Pizza Pasta Italian Food Show, Restaurant Technology Show and a broader Foodservice Show covering restaurants, QSRs, cafés, pubs, hotels, contract caterers and other operators.
