International Charter Expo 2026
International Charter Expo (ICE) is the world's only B2B yacht charter expo, organised by Yachtmaster Group. It is not a boat show: no yachts are on display. The event is built around pre-arranged business meetings where charter companies, fleet operators and central agencies (sellers) meet charter brokers, travel agencies, yacht owners, captains and suppliers (buyers). ICE '26 takes place over three days, 11-13 November 2026, at EXPO Greater Amsterdam, Stelling 1, 2141 SB Vijfhuizen (Greater Amsterdam), Netherlands, a modern Libema exhibition venue with over 10,000 m2 of exhibition space, one main exhibition hall, on-site parking and direct bus and train connections from Amsterdam and Haarlem, about 15-20 km from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. Meetings are organised in advance through the Handshake matchmaking app, so participants can pre-book the exact companies they want to see weeks before the expo opens; visitor passes are valid for all three expo days of B2B meetings. Scale of the last editions: more than 600 international companies from over 50 countries, 1,500+ representatives and C-level executives, and around 25,000 pre-scheduled meetings. The programme also includes the Charter Forum, the Investors Lounge, the Superyacht Village, the Gulet Village, the Bareboat Village and the closing ICE Rocks Party. Exhibiting is arranged in three booth formats - single (8 m2), double (16 m2) and premium (32 m2) - with booth build, carpet, walls, lighting, electrical socket and company name board included as standard.
