The Plant Fiber & Food Packaging Manufacturing Tech Expo is organised by RX (Reed Exhibitions) China and runs as one of the nine concurrent shows of the WEPACK series at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. The 2027 edition is confirmed for 27-29 April 2027.
Exhibition profile
The show focuses on plant-fibre pulp moulding, food packaging container processing equipment and new materials. It presents food-contactable packaging manufacturing equipment, materials and technologies in one hall, covering moulded pulp forming lines, container and tableware processing machinery, coating and lamination equipment, and food-grade fibre and paper materials. Exhibitors target food and beverage brands, packaging converters, moulded-pulp producers and catering-supply manufacturers looking for production capacity, cost and recyclability improvements.
Part of WEPACK
FPT is staged alongside SinoCorrugated, SinoFoldingCarton, DPrint, SinoPaper, PACKCON, InnoLabel, the New Label Industry Expo and the International Aerosol & Metal Container Exhibition. The combined WEPACK 2027 footprint is expected to reach 140,000 square metres with more than 1,500 exhibitors and around 140,000 professional visitors, including overseas buyers from 140 countries and regions.
