Perfect For Both Print And Promo Sellers! fASIlitate, an exclusive hosted-buyer four-day event, is for distributors that produce at least $1 million in sales per year. The format was designed to create new relationships between high-level professionals and four- or five-star suppliers through a combination private one-on-ones and informal networking.
The ASI staff will be there to welcome you on Day 1. Ask questions, get your binder with printed supplier profiles and the meeting schedule. Also learn about any last minute onsite information. Join us for a Welcome Reception with heavy appetizers and beverages to kick-off what will be the most productive 3 days for your company.
Day 2 and 3: Start your day with a light breakfast, followed by a few minutes of conversation. Then it's on to your private meetings. After a healthy breakfast, you can head off to your meetings in the afternoon. Then, enjoy some R&R time before meeting back up at dinner.
Day 4: Have breakfast before you final 20-minute meeting to do some networking. The final meeting will end later in the morning. This gives you time to pick up your reimbursement before checking out of the hotel.
We understand that your time is valuable and every second counts. We've optimized our schedule to make it as productive as we can. After extensive research we determined that the ideal private meeting time is 20 minutes. We also found out that no more than forty meetings were the best number after factoring in networking events and R&R. A 3.5-day plan that covers everything was the result!
