Exponadal 2026
Exponadal is the 31st edition of the children's and youth leisure exhibition organised by IFA - Fira Alacant, the fairground on the Alicante-Elche road at Elche, Spain. It fills two pavilions over the Christmas holidays in two blocks - 26-30 December 2026 and 2-4 January 2027 - and is open every day from 10:30 to 20:30 without a midday break.
The event is a family consumer fair: exhibitors are leisure-activity providers plus a Christmas market selling food products and gifts, and visitors are the general family public, with a provincial catchment and an annual rhythm. One ticket covers all fairground rides and activities, with separate tariffs for children aged 2-13 and visitors aged 14 and over, sold online in advance at a discount and at the venue box office; group rates apply for parties of more than 25 children.
The programme spreads across both halls and mixes large fairground rides, including new large-scale attractions and classics such as the carousel, dodgems and ghost train, with participatory activities: crafts, sport and adventure, gymkhanas, virtual reality, video games, robotics, science, magic, board games, cookery workshops, archaeology and palaeontology, music and dance, displays by the army and the fire brigade, a children's traffic park, a large activity space run by the regional public broadcaster, make-up workshops and a horror house. The Three Kings arrive at the venue on camels on 2 January at 17:00 to greet children and collect their letters.
The site is fully indoor, with picnic areas, cafeterias and food trucks, toilets, a nursing room and medical assistance. Dates, opening hours and the 31st edition number are taken from the organizer's own 2026 edition page and its 2026 fair calendar, which both list the two blocks as 26-30 December and 2-4 January.
