China has been promoting civil-military integration in recent years. It is urgent to enrich countries, promote economic transformation, build an innovative country, and achieve the transformation from a big industry to a strong industry. It has now become our national policy. The CPC Central Committee, State Council, and Central Military Commission published a document entitled Views on the Integration of Economic Construction and National Defense Construction>, which was released on July 21, 2016. It stated that the integration is aimed at forming a multi-field, high-efficiency, deepening integration development pattern. This will allow economic construction to provide more material for national defense, while national defense can provide greater security for economic building.
