Messekongress IT für Versicherungen 2026 (Trade Fair Congress IT for Insurance)

The Messekongress IT für Versicherungen is Germany's leading annual industry event for IT decision-makers at insurance companies and IT service providers, organised by Versicherungsforen Leipzig GmbH together with summit GmbH. The 2026 edition is the 18th and takes place on 24–25 November 2026 at the Congress Center Leipzig (CCL) on the Leipziger Messe campus.

Dates and venue

  • 24–25 November 2026 (Tuesday–Wednesday), Congress Center Leipzig, Leipziger Messe GmbH, Seehausener Allee 1, 04356 Leipzig, Germany.
  • Day 1: reception and exhibition from 08:30, official opening of the 18th Messekongress at 09:30, closing around 17:40.
  • Day 2: reception from 08:30, parallel specialist forums from 09:00, closing at 15:35.
  • Evening event on 24 November from 19:30 at FELIX (Bar | Restaurant | Rooftop), Augustusplatz 1–3, 04109 Leipzig; shuttle buses run from the CCL. Dress code: casual.
  • Save the date 2027: 23–24 November 2027.

Scale and programme

Around 600 participants, more than 55 exhibitors and over 85 speakers. The programme combines a trade exhibition with parallel specialist forums covering application landscapes and modernisation, IT operations, IT management, application development and industry trends (AI, process automation, cloud, data). Keynote speakers announced for 2026 include Sascha Quillet (Die Haftpflichtkasse VVaG) and Prof. Dr. Dennis-Kenji Kipker (cyberintelligence.institute GmbH).

  • Members of the New Players Network or approved startups: 490 EUR.
  • All prices plus VAT. The fee covers participation, released conference documentation, catering, the evening event and a participant list.
