Food Factory Technology Week is Japan's leading biannual exhibition for food‑factory technologies, split into four sub‑shows: Food Factory Automation Digital Technology Expo (IoT, AI, robots, processing machinery, AGVs/AMRs), Food Safety Hygiene Expo (AI inspection systems, insect control, clean rooms, sanitary materials, HACCP solutions), Food Loss Waste Recycling Technology Fair (recycling, up‑cycling, composters, power generators) and Workplace Environment Improvement Fair (safety equipment, air‑conditioning, PPE, powered exoskeletons). The event targets food manufacturers, confectionery, health‑food, beverage, bakery producers, chain restaurants and distributors/importers. The upcoming Osaka edition runs 30 September–2 October 2026 at INTEX Osaka, followed by the Tokyo edition 18–20 November 2026 at Tokyo Big Sight. Admission is free but visitor registration is required.
