This important industry gathering will be held for the third time in 2025. Iran food ingredients, organised by fairtrade Messe with their Iranian partners Palar Samaneh will take place once again at the Tehran International Fairgrounds.

Iran, with a population of over 90 million people, has been the Middle East's largest food market for many years. The F&B industry is steadily growing, and F&B is the biggest segment of the Iranian food processing industry.
The demand for food and beverages ingredients continues to grow. It is therefore only natural for more international and regional food ingredient suppliers to participate in Iran.
In the last few years, the growing interest in Iran was also evident when international ingredient suppliers established application labs in Iran to develop local solutions for taste, smell and care. Fairtrade and Palar Samaneh have responded to the demand of exhibitors by creating a tradeshow for Iran food ingredients under the umbrella of Iran Agrofood.
