SinterCafe – International Coffee Week is an annual global coffee event recognized worldwide, incorporating both sides of the coffee value chain.
- Dates: November 11–14, 2026 (Field Days November 10–11; main conferences November 12–13)
- Venue: Los Sueños Marriott Ocean & Golf Resort, Playa Herradura, Puntarenas Province, Costa Rica
The program includes global coffee conferences, supplier exhibitions, cuppings, workshops and traditional field trips to coffee farms. It connects producers, roasters, traders and equipment suppliers from across the Americas and beyond.
