Zhengzhou International Wine & Spirits Exhibition 2027
The China (Zhengzhou) International Sugar, Alcohol and Food Fair - widely known as the Zhengzhou Wine & Food Fair - is northern China's largest B2B trade show for the wine, spirits, beverage and packaged-food trade, staged twice a year in Zhengzhou, Henan province. The 39th edition runs on 23-25 April 2027 at the Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Centre, alongside the 23rd China (Zhengzhou) Food Processing and Packaging Equipment Exhibition.
The fair is organised by the China Liquor Circulation Association, the Henan Provincial Sugar, Alcohol and Food Circulation Association and Ruicheng Media Group, and produced by Zhengzhou Ruicheng Exhibition Services. Roughly 43,000 square metres of exhibition space are used for wines, baijiu and other spirits, beer and beverages, dairy, snacks and gift-boxed foods, plus packaging machinery and processing equipment.
Exhibitors come from across China and from overseas producers looking for distributors in the northern and central Chinese market. The organisers report more than 2,200 exhibiting companies served and over 2.8 million trade visitors across the show's history, with each edition drawing tens of thousands of distributors, wholesalers, supermarket buyers and e-commerce channel operators.
