The Finnish Cardiac Society (FCS) is a non-profit medical society founded in 1967 that organises education and scientific events for cardiology professionals in Finland. Some of its events include exhibitions for the medical and device industry.

Syyskokous 2026

The annual autumn meeting (Syyskokous) 2026 will be held 30 September - 2 October 2026 at the Clarion Hotel Helsinki Airport (Vantaa / Helsinki, Finland). The programme covers rhythm cardiology, cardiovascular imaging, heart failure, prevention, endocarditis, cardiomyopathies and more, alongside sponsor symposiums and an exhibition of pharmaceutical, device and wellness technology.

The event is held on-site only (no streaming) to encourage networking and visits to the medical/device exhibition.
