Chisago County Fair

July 8–11, 2027 — billed on the official site as “the best four days of summer.”

The Chisago County Fair is a more-than-150-year community tradition in Rush City, Minnesota. It celebrates the county’s agricultural heritage with carnival rides, six livestock barns, exhibit halls of arts, crafts, and culinary entries, plus grandstand programming such as demo derbies and motocross.

Admission

Free gate admission. Parking is $5 per car or $10 for all four days. Kids Day is held on the Sunday of the fair.

Exhibitors and vendors

4-H and Open Class entries are accepted the Tuesday before the fair (see the premium book under Exhibitors). Commercial vendor applications are listed on the official site. Off-season building rental and winter storage are available at the fairgrounds.
