About IRX

IRX has been at the heart of UK digital commerce for over a decade. From 2026 the brand operates as a year-round commerce ecosystem built around three connected experiences:

IR B2B eCommerce Conference - two-day, peer-led conference for manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers building B2B eCommerce channels; case studies, scenario roundtables, workshops and networking. Ticket includes breakfast, lunch and networking drinks. Built with a Global Advisory Board.
eDelivery EXPO at Multimodal - the delivery and fulfilment stream inside the UK's leading transport, logistics and supply-chain event (most recent edition 30 June - 2 July 2026, NEC Birmingham, Pendigo Way, Marston Green, Birmingham B40 1NT).
IRX Digital - free online webinar series covering digital marketing, eCommerce and delivery (up to about 400 attendees per session).

Background

IRX ran as an annual physical exhibition at NEC Birmingham. The 2025 edition (13-14 May 2025) drew more than 2,500 marketing, eCommerce, delivery and B2B professionals and saw the launch of the B2B Zone.
The IR B2B Conference launched in 2026 and was held on 28-29 April 2026 at Victoria Warehouse, Manchester.
The 2027 edition returns to the same venue and the same late-April slot: 28-29 April 2027.
A physical IRX edition announced for 19-20 May 2026 at NEC Birmingham is no longer listed on the current official site, which now presents only the three connected experiences above.
