Bakery Showcase is Canada's national trade exhibition and conference for the baking industry, presented by Bakers Journal (Annex Business Media) and the Baking Association of Canada (BAC).
The next edition takes place April 25-26, 2027 at the Vancouver Convention Centre, 1055 Canada Place, Vancouver, BC V6C 0C3.
What to expect
- Exhibits from ingredient, equipment, packaging and technology suppliers serving commercial, in-store, artisan and retail bakeries
- Bakers' Classroom education sessions, plus the Baking Association of Canada Annual General Meeting and meet-and-greet
- Student competitions such as the 'My Canada' Student Cake Competition
- Networking with Canadian and international bakery professionals; recent Toronto editions drew more than 1,600 professional bakers

Earlier editions ran under the name Bakery Congress (2017, 2015, 2011 - Montreal).
