About the show
CROA states the show is the last week of October in Aurora (Denver) and is open to current member companies of CROA, prospective members, and agency officials. Attendees network with other outfitters, agency regulators, and elected officials, attend seminars, and meet vendors that service the outdoor adventure industry. The convention page says more than 60 vendors.
The registered-vendors page still thanks 2025 vendor partners and mentions a successful 2025 season. That page is not used for dates. Convention, hotel, and agenda pages agree on 26-29 October 2026.
