Logistic & Industrial Build Madrid 2026
Logistic & Industrial Build Madrid is the Easyfairs exhibition for logistics real estate and industrial construction in Spain. The organizer states that the next edition is held on Wednesday 11 November 2026 and Thursday 12 November 2026, from 09:30 to 18:00 both days, at IFEMA Feria de Madrid, Hall 4 (Pabellon 4), Avenida del Partenon 5, 28042 Madrid.
The show is at IFEMA Madrid and runs alongside Logistics & Automation Madrid and Empack Madrid, so the same days also bring companies in warehousing, distribution, intralogistics and transport. Two congress halls are planned for talks on trends in logistics real estate.
Exhibitors cover the building side of logistics property: construction, materials and land, consultancies and developers, plus related systems such as insulation, fire protection, lighting, prefabricated structures, doors and loading bays. Professional visitor entry is arranged on the official site. Easyfairs lists the show desk at [email protected] and +34 91 541 38 03.
Older blocks on the same site still mention 15-16 October and LIB 2025. Those describe the previous edition. The dated schedule for the upcoming show is 11-12 November 2026, which IFEMA also lists as 11/11/26 to 12/11/26 in Hall 4.
