Suppliers' Day is organised by the Chicago Section of the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) and is described by its organiser as the largest regional food industry symposium and expo in the United States. The 2026 edition expects more than 3,000 food industry professionals and around 500 exhibiting companies, celebrating over 60 years of service to the Chicago-area food industry.

What is on show
Food ingredients and specialty chemicals, flavours and seasonings, processing and packaging equipment, laboratory and testing services, sanitation, logistics and other supplies and services for food and beverage manufacturers. The morning symposium features invited speakers on current food-science and industry topics.

- Corner booth: $950 (one inline + one corner: $1,850)

- Booth sales and floor plan are handled through the ExpoFP platform; the 2026 show uses a new registration system with exhibitor mini-sites, logos on the floor plan and a scrolling banner, plus an attendee app with live exhibitor search.
