We are grateful to AngloGold Ashanti Australia for bringing you the Sundowner and auction evening at the third Perth Gem and Mineral Show.
All-inclusive event includes drinks, dinner and the exclusive mineral auction "Charity Rocks". The evening was filled with a silent auction. All proceeds from the auction are donated to charities and non profit organizations.
This year over AU$15000 has been raised to benefit Core Learning Foundation, Kanyana Wildlife Rescue and Street Friends WA.
We raised more than AU$18,000. With your help, we will surpass that amount this year.
Tickets to this special event are only $60. This special evening is a must-attend event.
Perth Gem & Mineral Show was held in Curtin Stadium, for the second consecutive year. This edition was dominated by gold, as many kilograms of nuggets were on display. The yellow metal was all around, whether it was native specimens embedded in quartz matrix or polished cabochons or even locked in sulfide rich ore. Western Australia's rich golden mineral heritage was presented to a crowd of 6000+ people during the busy two-and-a-half days.
