The NMHC OPTECH Conference & Expo is the National Multifamily Housing Council’s flagship technology and operations event, produced with the Real Estate Technology & Transformation Center (RETTC). OPTECH 2026 brings together rental housing operators, innovators, policymakers, and technology partners to explore trends in operations, marketing, data, and resident experience.

Official dates are November 16–18, 2026. Programming begins at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, November 16, and concludes at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, November 18. The event takes place at MGM Grand, 3799 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, Nevada.
