The Global Cold Chain Alliance (GCCA) hosts the GCCA Europe Cold Chain Conference, described on gcca.org as the one forum where multiple cold chain segments meet at one time. Professionals from temperature-controlled warehousing, refrigerated transportation, construction, technology, and equipment companies across Europe and other regions attend to discuss industry trends, operational challenges, innovation, and collaboration.

GCCA announced the 30th European Cold Chain Conference for 2–3 June 2027 in Brussels, Belgium. Registration for the event hub is marked coming soon on the official event pages; the prior edition (29th) was held 18–20 March 2026 in Düsseldorf, Germany, including a dedicated Cold Chain Expo, Cold Chain Café roundtables, and networking receptions.
