Overview

BFSHOW (Brazilian Footwear Show) is the leading trade fair for Brazilian footwear and the biggest event in the sector in Latin America. It is organised by the Brazilian Footwear Industry and Trade Association (Abicalçados) and NürnbergMesse Brasil, and runs two editions per year to launch the collections of the Brazilian footwear industry.

Exhibitor and visitor profile

Exhibitors cover women's, men's, children's and sports footwear brands as well as bag manufacturers and service companies, drawn from the different Brazilian production hubs that account for around 75% of national footwear output. Each edition attracts professionals from every Brazilian state and from more than 60 countries. The show is divided into segments to make navigation easier for buyers.

Venue and access

The fair takes place in the Anhembi District in northern São Paulo, one of the most accessible areas of the city, with parking at the venue throughout the event and a free shuttle service for visitors.

History

The first edition was held in Porto Alegre before the event moved to São Paulo, where it has since established itself as the sector's main meeting point for brands, buyers and international delegations.
