Ocean State Construction Equipment Show
The annual Ocean State Construction Equipment Show invites public works departments, DOTs, construction companies, and facilities/maintenance departments from schools, hospitals, and airports. The event features free trainings, the latest tools, equipment, materials, and services, including both large and small tools.
Live Demonstrations
- Driving Simulator - Available all day
- Brine Extreme Demo - 10:00am and 1:00pm
- Live Epoxy Pipe Lining Demo - 10:30am, showcasing trenchless technology for rehabilitating aging or damaged storm/sewer systems
- RI Energy Live Wire Demo - 11:00am (weather permitting)
Classes and Competitions
Attendees can participate in Flagger Certification and CPR Certification classes. The 'Build A Better Mousetrap' competition highlights innovative solutions, tools, equipment modifications, and processes developed by Public Works Departments to increase safety, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
