Operative Days (Operatiiviset Päivät) is Finland's national congress for surgical and operating-theatre professionals, organized annually at Messukeskus Helsinki (Messuaukio 1, 00520 Helsinki). The 2026 edition takes place November 25-27, 2026, bringing together surgeons, anaesthesiologists, nurses and industry partners for scientific sessions, hands-on training and the Finnish medical exhibition. The programme covers operative techniques, patient safety and OR innovation.
