Food Tech Japan Tokyo 2026
Food Factory Technology Week is Japan's premier bi‑annual exhibition for food‑factory technologies, split into four sub‑shows. The Food Factory Automation Digital Technology Expo showcases IoT, AI, robotics, food‑processing machinery and AGV/AMR logistics solutions for manufacturers, confectioners, health‑food, beverage, bakery and chain restaurant operators. The Food Safety Hygiene Expo features AI inspection systems, insect control, clean‑room and sterilisation equipment, sanitary materials and HACCP management tools aimed at the same visitor groups. The Food Loss Waste Recycling Technology Fair presents recycling, up‑cycling, composting and power‑generation technologies for waste reduction. Finally, the Workplace Environment Improvement Fair displays safety gear, air‑conditioning, personal protective equipment and powered exoskeletons to enhance worker safety and comfort. The Osaka edition runs 30 Sept‑2 Oct 2026 at INEX Osaka, with a free visitor registration required.
