Gun Collectors Show — Visitor and Exhibitor Info.

Advice for visitors: Bring cash for admission, wear comfy shoes, and check the show dates before you come. The show days for 2026 are January 17 and 18, April 11 and 12, and October 17 and 18. All shows are open to the public. Saturday hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Sunday hours are 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. Admission is $10 on Saturday and $5 on Sunday. Food and drinks are available at the site. If you plan to visit, come early to avoid lines and to see the best displays. If you need to park or walk a bit, give yourself extra time. The group running the show is affiliated with a large shooting sports organization. This is a friendly event for people who like collecting and learning about historical items.

If you want to be an exhibitor, read the rules first. Exhibitor set up is on Friday from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm and again on Saturday at 7:00 am. Exhibitors may enter the show area at 7:00 am on both Saturday and Sunday. Tables are 6 feet long. The maximum table reservation is two tables. Table rental costs $35 for members and $45 for non members. Please contact Chuck at 920-634-9909 or by email at [email protected] to check table availability before you send in a reservation. It helps to call first because tables can fill up. Bring any needed pads or covers for your table and keep your items tidy. Label prices clearly and follow any posted rules while you sell or swap items.

For everyone, safety and respect come first. Keep items secure and follow all rules about handling and transporting collectibles. If you plan to move large or heavy items, bring help and sturdy boxes. Dress for the weather and bring a bag for small purchases. If you have membership questions, ask at the show or contact the organizers ahead of time. Future dates for 2027 are January 16 and 17, April 17 and 18, and October 16 and 17. These shows are a good place to meet people, learn, and find special items. Enjoy the visit, stay safe, and ask a volunteer if you need help.
