Senior Health Expo 2026
The People Plus Senior Health Expo, scheduled for Thursday, October 8, 2026, will be held at the Brunswick Recreation Center (220 Neptune Drive, Brunswick, ME). The free, public event brings together more than 100 exhibitors offering resources for seniors across several categories: medical services (flu and COVID‑19 vaccinations, blood‑pressure, cholesterol, A1C and glucose screenings, and other health checks); fitness and wellness (balance screenings, 15‑minute massages, physical‑therapy services, and exercise programs); technology assistance (tech help desk, device troubleshooting); repair services (clothing, book, jewelry, tool, and electrical repairs); alternative therapies (Reiki); legal, financial, housing and respite‑care information; community programs (nutrition counseling, transportation, Good Morning program, Yellow Dot ID, etc.). Additional attractions include raffles for theater and Amtrak tickets, a produce sharing table, live remote broadcast, and a special People Plus membership offer. The expo aims to connect seniors with essential health, lifestyle, and support services while showcasing sponsor contributions.
