The IT Day München is a one‑day (09:00‑17:00) event for computer‑science students (from the 2nd/3rd semester) and recent graduates. It combines expert talks, networking, and one‑on‑one company meetings. The 2025 program featured three headline presentations: CHECK24 on building an OpenAI‑based app SDK, Hubert Burda Media on real‑time analytics with Snowplow, Flink and ClickHouse, and EY on digital resilience (No‑Risk‑no‑Fun). After each talk, parallel individual interviews with company representatives were offered. Participants receive free entry, catering, a travel‑cost subsidy, and a chance to win a €600 IT‑Day scholarship (distributed as €100 monthly for six months). Applications are submitted via e‑fellows.net with a CV; selection results are communicated a week before the event. The format is intentionally small to ensure personal interaction, and a business‑casual dress code is recommended.
