Grand Autumn Fair, organised by Action Medical Research, returns to Hall Barn in Beaconsfield on Friday 9 October 2026 (10am–3pm). This charity Christmas gift fair features 40+ stalls selling distinctive clothing and cashmere, unique jewellery, British artisan produce, chocolates, silk flowers, homemade cakes and the charity's Christmas cards. Light lunches and refreshments are served all day, with plentiful free parking. Entrance is £8, and all funds raised go to Action Medical Research, a UK charity funding medical research for children.
