The New Jersey Wine & Food Festival returns to Crystal Springs Resort in Hamburg, New Jersey, on April 30–May 2, 2027. The host resort confirms that the 2026 festival has concluded and the next edition is scheduled for that weekend.

Crystal Springs Resort describes the gathering as one of the premier culinary events in the New York metro area. Founded in 2009, the program is designed so food and wine guests can meet chefs and winemakers and sample their work. Past chef lineups have included names such as José Andrés, Daniel Boulud, David Bouley, Thomas Keller, David Kinch, and Michael White.

The resort’s 2027 preview highlights Friday-night Cabaret & Cocktails, a Grand Tasting, and an After Party. The dedicated festival domain njwinefoodfest.com still shows the completed May 1–3, 2026 edition; dates and venue for the next year are taken from the Crystal Springs official festival page.
