About Maine Harvest Festival
Maine Harvest Festival is a free two-day indoor harvest celebration held at the Cross Insurance Center in Bangor, Maine. A 26,000 sq ft marketplace brings together more than 150 Maine farmers, food producers, vintners, brewers, distillers, fiber artisans and craft makers, who sample and sell their products while chefs and home cooks demonstrate recipes. The event is a holiday-shopping destination for locally grown and made-in-Maine goods.
Dates and opening hours
The festival runs Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 November, from 10:00 to 16:00 on both days.
Admission and location
Admission and parking are free. The festival takes place at the Cross Insurance Center, 515 Main Street, Bangor, Maine 04401, and expects more than 7,500 visitors. The event was ranked the 5th best harvest festival in the country by USA Today in 2015 and received the Greater Bangor CVB Eagle Award in 2019 for its impact on the community.
Exhibiting
Vendors apply through the organiser's online application form; booth space is available in the arena, concourse and ballroom, and food vendors must provide proof of liability insurance naming the Cross Insurance Center and the City of Bangor.
