The Indiana Municipal Electric Association (IMEA) Annual Business Meeting & Vendor Expo is the association’s yearly gathering for Indiana public-power and municipal-utility professionals. The 2026 edition is 13–15 October 2026 at Belterra Casino Resort, 777 Belterra Drive, Florence, Indiana 47020 (hotel phone 812-427-7783).

The programme combines educational sessions on utility-industry technical topics with one-to-one collaboration during the IMEA business meeting. It draws staff from member communities at all levels, plus IMEA staff. Organizers ask attendees to book hotel rooms early so the group block can be expanded if needed.
