Zukunft Ostschweiz 2026

Zukunft Ostschweiz (Future Eastern Switzerland) is the leading economic forum of Eastern Switzerland, organized jointly by the IHK St.Gallen-Appenzell and St.Galler Kantonalbank (SGKB). Each year in November, it gathers over 1,000 entrepreneurs, business leaders, and representatives from politics and administration at Olma Messen St. Gallen.

The event features a macroeconomic overview examining current inflation, interest rates, currency developments, and key export markets, followed by expert keynote presentations and panel discussions on pressing structural, technological, and strategic issues facing the regional economy and Swiss industrial competitiveness.
