AAPA Annual Convention & Exposition 2026
The American Association of Port Authorities Annual Convention & Exposition is the gathering for port leaders, terminal operators, solution providers, and supply chain partners. The 2026 edition takes place September 28–30, 2026 at the New Orleans Marriott, New Orleans, Louisiana, with the theme Ports Built to Lead.
Official AAPA listings also show pre-event meetings and a reception on Sunday, September 27, with the program concluding Wednesday, September 30. Sessions cover infrastructure, sustainability, digital transformation, workforce development, and resilient supply chains, alongside interactive workshops, executive insights, and an exhibit hall.
