The ACG 2026 Annual Scientific Meeting and Postgraduate Course runs October 9‑14, 2026 at Nashville’s Music City Center, offering a hybrid in‑person/virtual experience. The core of the meeting is the Exhibit Hall, open daily, showcasing the latest gastrointestinal technologies, endoscopy equipment, pharmaceutical advances, and diagnostic tools. Key exhibit categories include the Endoscopy School Hands‑On Workshop, the EndoTitans competition for fellows, GI Jeopardy quiz show, and the SCOPY Awards highlighting colorectal cancer initiatives. Scientific posters are displayed both on‑site and on the conference platform through March 31, 2027. Additional educational tracks feature Friday courses on GI pathophysiology, pharmacology, and practice management, as well as leadership summits, diversity & inclusion sessions, and specialty lectures.
