Shaker Woods in Columbiana Ohio will host Old-Fashioned Christmas in Woods in its 30th year. On October 12-13, and on the 19-20th of 2024, quality craftspeople and artists will gather. The juried crafters' booths will be decorated with an old-fashioned theme in a manicured and wooded setting. The crafters will sell handmade holiday products and traditional crafts, and demonstrate their skills. Gravel footpaths make it easy to walk around the grounds, and there are acres of parking available for free. Candle makers, leatherworkers woodworkers, and doll makers are all traditional craftsmen. Also available will be hand-thrown pottery, iron and stonework. In addition to clothing for the holidays, wreaths, and floral arrangements, you can find holiday craft items, decorations, and handcrafted ornaments. The food selection is sure to satisfy all tastes, from freshly cut fries to homemade bean soup and delicious cobbler made daily.
